Expansion nuts or well nuts consist of a flanged neoprene bushing with a threaded nut embedded in the non flanged end. As the bolt is screwed into the nut the rubber on the other side of the hole expands and seals the bolt hole. Kind of on the smaller side but for the price it’s just fine. Easy to install with just a screw driver if you can miss a stud, else you’ll need a drill. Strong enough to hold what a normal person would put on a shelf that size. No worries and it looks great
